[Windows] Lag when casting Fireball in ToL

1. Start HoW with any party including a Mage with the level 3 spell Fireball memorized.
2. Toggling party AI does not affect this bug.
3. Move to AR9700 (first ToL map).
4. After killing the initial monsters, move to x=1462 y= 613 and cast Fireball at the group of monsters to the left.

Observed: The game lags severely while the Fireball animation is in effect. Reverts to normal after the animation.

Expected: No lag is expected.

Notes:

- The above was observed only in ToL and occurs mostly when there are a large number of monsters on the screen (Catacombs) and/or monsters fighting each other (Castle Dungeon Level 1). The issue does not occur when casting the spell during the first ToL battle (which has fewer enemies than the group at x=1462 y= 613).

- Certain other fire animations produce similar results, including but not limited to Sunfire, Arrows of Fire, etc.

- No such phenomena was observed throughout vanilla game or HoW. The exact same party was used.

- Tested on Asus U36S laptop running Windows 7 with Nvidia Geforce GT520M. Operating system was reinstalled after this bug was first observed, but the issue persists. Graphics card drivers are up to date.
