[#11519] Ranger's Charm Animal should grant a +3 saving throw bonus

(Easiest to check with NearInfinity, no repro case necessary.)
From the description of the Ranger's Charm Animal ability (SPCL311.spl): "The animal is allowed a Saving Throw vs. Spell with a +3 bonus to negate the effect."
However, the spell's saving throw bonus is zero, so either the spell or the description needs to be altered.
The same bug also exists in BG2:EE v1.3.
