Priest of Talos' Lightning Bolt should cause the appropriate damage at levels 1 through 4

The Priest of Talos' Lightning Bolt ability (SPCL722.spl) is missing certain steps in its level progression. From the spell's description: "[...] inflicts 1d6 points of damage per level of the caster (maximum damage of 10d6)".
The Priest of Talos first receives this ability at level 1, but the lowest damage that is present in the SPL file is 5d6, which corresponds to a caster level of 5. That means the spell is missing the appropriate damage for the caster levels 1, 2, 3, and 4.
