Priest of Helm's Seeking Sword should have the appropriate duration at levels 1 through 9

The Priest of Helm's Seeking Sword ability (SPCL731.spl) is missing certain steps in its level progression. From the spell's description: "The weapon [...] lasts for 1 round per level."
The Priest of Helm first receives this ability at level 1, but the shortest duration of the spell is 60 seconds (10 rounds), which corresponds to a caster level of 10. That means the spell is missing the appropriate duration for the caster levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
The same bug also exists in BG2:EE v1.3, where the minimum level of a Cleric is level 7.
