#17274 Boon of Lathander should have the correct duration prior to level 10

In BG2:EE, the Priest of Lathander's Boon of Lathander ability (SPCL741.spl) is missing certain steps in its level progression. From the spell's description: "This spell lasts 1 round per level of the caster."
The Priest of Lathander first receives this ability at level 1, and the minimum level of a Cleric at the beginning of SoA is level 7. However, the shortest duration of the spell is 60 seconds (10 rounds), which corresponds to a caster level of 10. That means the spell is missing the appropriate duration for the caster levels 7, 8, and 9.
Note that in BG:EE the same ability is fully implemented with the complete level progression from level 1 to level 20. It can be used as reference.
