2nd edition items, etc.

BG1/BG:EE is 2nd edition, so where is a good place to start looking for items/weapons/potions/rings, etc. for 2nd edition. I am a noob to AD&D so bare with me.

I prefer to play as a Bard or Thief, I have Bards and Thieves handbooks for 2nd edition, but they dont mention much regarding items.

I have a number of books on 3rd and 3.5 editions as well (Song & Silence, Complete Scoundrel) but im not sure you can takes items, etc. from those and move them to 2nd edition (over powered or whatever).

Reason I am looking around is I'd like to make a "Rogue" mod that will have some items, etc. specifically for bards/thieves for BG:EE (BGTutu first) when possible as I am getting more into modding.
