[Not an Issue]Shapeshifting, Polymorfing, char stats must be decreased according to form stats

Jaheira or Nalia (girdle of hill giant strength equipped) STR 19, shapeshifting to black bear (18 STR) still 19 str must be lowered to 18 according to bear form. Re-equipping was the problem.
