Noob Phone Question

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hi all,
I bought Baldur's Gate: EE on my Galaxy Note 2. Now, I am switching to a Galaxy Note 4. Do I have to pay again? If I don't, how do I get around not paying (is it easy, I've never done this), and can I keep my saves?

    The purchase is on your google account. You have to use the same account on your note to access the game. Keepingy our saves is a bit more difficult. I recommend saving backups on your PC.
