BG EE PC save to mac ?

I've played BG on a PC, and would like to continue playing on my mac
how can I transfert my saved game ?
I have kept my save folder from my old PC on my mac and have at my disposal an Ipad with BGee and a PC if needed @work.

any advice will be welcomed !
