Still not on iPhone after dec 16th?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I'm a little stumped as the release of 1.3 says it will be playable on the iPhone as of Dec 16th but it is no where to be found on the iPhone app store. What gives?

    They had at least two bugs, (one related to the icon of all things), that caused Apple to reject the patch. They've resubmitted it, but the wait period for App Store approval resets and we have to wait a week or two I think.
    Perhaps @Dee‌ can clarify?
