Stuck in Slayer Form?

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I'm slowly but surely making my way back through SoA after the 1.3 update. After I defeated Bodhi in the maze beneath Spellhold, I rested before the fight with Irenicus and turned into the Slayer. Everything was going as planned.

Then I got the message that the moment passed and expected to turn back into human form. But then nothing happened. I tried resting again and stayed in the Slayer form. I tried advancing time via the console and still stayed in Slayer form. I even used ctrl+R on my character's portrait and that didn't work either.

I clicked on the special abilities button thinking maybe I'd have the option to turn back into human form but it only had the Slayer form shape change. So I clicked on it and I got the animation to turn into the Slayer. Charname stayed in Slayer form and the party got the -2 reputation. Then I finally got the option to turn back into a human. Everything seemed to work fine after that.

Anyone else run into this?
