[11799] Safana's Kiss should not use the description of the Charm Person spell

1. Load the attached save.
2. Select Safana's special ability and click on the nearby tutor.
3. Observe how Safana walks towards the tutor and kisses him.
4. Reload the save.
5. Right-click the ability to display its description.
Observed: You see the description of the Charm Person wizard spell.
Expected: You should see a unique description that correctly details the properties of Safana's unique ability.
Safana's special ability (SPIN119.spl) is a unique spell with unique properties. It is implemented to be a kiss. However, it uses the name and description of the Charm Person spell, which does not at all fit the behavior of the ability. The inconsistencies include:
- Range: is touch, but the Charm Person description says "Visual range of the caster", as if it was a ranged effect
- Duration: is 100 seconds, but the Charm Person description says "5 rounds" (30 seconds)
- Saving throw: is made with a +2 bonus, but the Charm Person description says "with a +3 modifier"
Safana's Kiss should receive its own, unique description. This is the same case as, for example, Faldorn's Summon Dread Wolf ability or Eldoth's Create Poisoned Arrows ability, which have all received unique descriptions in BG:EE because they do not imitate any existing spell, just like Safana's Kiss.
