Quayle's Invisibility should not use the description of the wizard spell

Quayle's special Invisibility (SPIN118.spl) uses the description of the wizard spell (SPWI206.spl). However, his ability is slightly different from the wizard spell. That means there are inconsistencies between the description and the implementation. The description states:

- "Range: Touch"
- "Casting Time: 2"
- "Area of Effect: 1 creature"
- "The spell remains in effect [...] until 24 hours have passed"

But the ability uses:

- Range: only on self
- Casting time: 3
- Area of effect: The caster
- Duration: only 2 hours

Therefore it is necessary to change the ability or create a matching description, depending on what is intended.
