[Windows] There should not be static "pops" in the opening scene of Icewind Dale

1. Start a new Icewind Dale game

Obseverved: There are occasional static "pops" that can be heard during the opening scene.

Expected: The sound in the opening scene should be free of defects.

Notes: Tested on 64-bit Intel i7 laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium
Static pops seem to occur at same spots every time. First audible pop is right after the first candle is lit.
