#16060 - Tiax and Quayle should used gnome's model instead of Dwarf's.

In current version(1.3.2053) Tiax and Quayle both use dwarf's model when they should use gnome's.

    Thanks. Reported as issue 16060, which covers all gnomes in the game, including Tiax and Quayle.
