Valygar friends(Rangers).

U get quest to find Valygar (from cowled wizards) when u approaching to Valygar cabin, ranger stops u and in dialog u can choose yes i'm searching for him but i don't want to fight and they just leave u, thats just stupid, they defending him from assassination but for some reason let u pass(fully armed dude with other fully armed dudes will not harm Valygar for sure) WHY? I'm suggesting to add for example charisma check 16+ for this i don't want to fight string. dlg with cha check attached, check it out.
