HELP Mods wont work after 1.3

in BGII:EE Mods
I bought EE when it was first released and modded it to the nines. Everything worked fine until i updated to 1.3, now whenever i arrive at a modded scenario or dialogue i get "Invalid ######" as options.

Any idea how to fix this without reinstalling everything?
