What posts get on there?

I know there are categories and that some 'Likes', 'Agrees' etc. get on but not all that I can see...

Does someone choose them? Even I've had one on there but I don't know why!

    Perhaps the mods choose them? Number of views? Good question.

    It's automated based on the likes and agrees.
