#11604 [Windows]"Set Trap" skill should have description.

Observed:
A description for the skill "Set Traps" is missing, when creating or leveling up a Thief class.
Reproduce:
1. Start a new game
2. Create a Thief class
3. Go through creation to skills.
4. Click on the descriptions for thief skills.
5. Notice the description for "Set Trap" is missing.
OR
1. Load attached save-game.
2. Press level up on the character.
3. Click on the descriptions for thief skills.
4. Notice the description for "Set Trap" is missing.
Expected:
When leveling up a thief, the description for set traps should be present.
Notes:
Only tested in Windows 7...
