DL on Beamdog, what a challenge

Hi,

Is it me, or the download system with beamdog is completely broken ?

I have started the DL of Icewind Dale this week end with the beamdog client. It was ok until 97,9%. Now I can't download anymore, I have a red message "limited connectivity, can't download games".
Yes, I have checked many topics on the internet about this problem, I've tried everything, it's still locked. Modem has been rebooted, I have no firewall, no antivirus, nothing is running.

I'm now trying with the "direct download" from the beamdog website, but it looks like it's a challenge too. I'm at 991 mo / 2,26 GO, and every minutes it's "reconnecting"... "download 500 b/s" when I should have 1 mo/s...

any solution ?
