[Solved][Windows] [Steam] Can't proceed to the Mana Forge after the Ravager

Hello guys, I am new here and hope you guys can help me out. 
1. Complete all challenges in Pocket Plane.
2. Try to proceed to the final battle at the Mana Forge.
Observed
There is no dialogue-option "I am ready. It is time for the end." when trying to leave the Pocket Plane after completing all challenges.
Expected
The available dialogue-option "I am ready. It is time for the end."
Notes
To clarify: It is not like there was an option to go to the end and it states that I wasn't ready. All the challenges have been done. The option to leave is just completely missing. I just can go back to where I came from (Monastery) or decide to stay.
Does anything have to trigger beforehand? My Charname has a romance with Rasaad, is he supposed to have a last dialogue after the Ravager like Arie or Jaheira? If that should be the case, it did not happen.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was googling and searching this forum for 2 hours and couldnt find anything. I guess I had no clue that Neera's quest was causing troubles. Anyways, thank you very much again.
