Scroll Case

I started a new game recently and totally forgot to grab the usual gem bag, potion case and scroll case in the starting town...DOH! I was able to score a gem bag and potion case in Kulpahar but my scrolls are clogging up my inventory without a scroll case.
Is there another opportunity to buy one soon?
