BP - Ascension

Hey , I've heard bp's ascension works on EE so I wanted to install it but when I try to open Big Picture's rar file ( with winrar ) , it says the archive is corrupted . I've tried to open the older versions but got same results and I couldn't find any solution on internet . So do you guys know what should I do ? It didint work with 7zip either.

    This SHS download can be opened with 7zip.

    Nope it doesnt work still cant open it . idk If I'm the only one who is getting this error .

    This file is not corrupted. The problem seems to be on your computer or network.
