Linux Steam Help

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I'm sorry if I'm doing this wrong. I looked in the support area and couldn't find anything. I was recently forced to move over to linux and was very happy to see that Baldur's Gate was one of the games I could still play on the Linux version of steam.

I am using Elementary Luna and have the latest stable 1st-party Nvidia driver. When I log into the game I get protrait graphics and character models but nothing else (I've added a link to a screenshot below).

Any help in this would be most excellent!
