Observed Behavior
Weather-related lightning (SPWI938) bypasses electrical resistance. (The HP damage opcode for SPWI938 is currently set to "nonmagical.")

Expected Behavior
Weather-related lightning should not bypass a character or creature's electrical resistance. (The HP damage opcode for SPWI938 should be set to "Dispel/not bypass resistance.")

-------------

1. Go to area with high lightning percentage (e.g., AR5000 - the area East of the Nashkel Carnival)

2. C:SetWeather(1)

3. Give each party member a Potion of Absorption (POTN18) or similar item that grants 100% immunity to electrical damage.

4. Wait for lighting to strike and observe that it bypasses electrical resistance.

Note: I had Kagain drink a Potion of Absorption (conferring 100% electricity immunity), while fighting the Mustard Jellies at AR5000 during a rainstorm. During the battle, lightning struck Kagain once and the Mustard Jellies two or three times, each time doing full damage to everyone (and killing one of the Mustard Jellies). Mustard Jellies have 100% electrical resistance, so weather-related lightning should not affect them either.
