Hexxat Quest Return Broken

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
At the end of the quest to collect the panther claw for Hexxat, I took the claw from the tomb, Hexxat had a chat with me, and at the end of the conversation I get:

ACTION ERRORS:: Action:ClearAllActions Not found. Check for proper brackets. Line Number:1
Action:StartCutSceneMode Not Found. Check for proper brackets. Line Number:2
Action:StartCutScene Not found. Check for proper brackets. Line Number:3

After which, the journal updates but I am left in the tomb with no way out (presumably she was supposed to teleport me home?).

The game is version v1.3.2064. Unaltered Steam version apart from turning debug mode on in baldur.ini (to fix a bug not being able to teleport home from Haer'Dalis quest otherwise, I'm seeing a pattern)
