This spell actually deals 0-0 damage, as displayed in the inventory screen.

    confirmed. as of the latest patch, this spell no longer functions correctly. it transforms your hands properly, but you do no damage, and cause no spell saves for paralysis on hit.

    tested it on several different characters

    sucks, because I was just about to head into the fire salamander/giant area and had planned to use this a lot.
