[Windows] [Steam] Tersus creates quest (twice) instead of journal entry

Main tent cleared, Raemon etc dead. Taugosz also dead and all characters outside of tents are hostile

Inside tent 1426,625 Tersus will attack, but you can start a conversation immediately when you enter. Most conversation paths create a duplicate journal entry of chill vs blacktalon under the ""Tazok and the bandits" quest
Expected
Only one entry should happen and if the main tent has been cleared then this should be a journal entry not a quest
