Unable to install BG2 ammo stacks with tutufix_v19

I am getting the message ERROR: COPY ~ABAZRING.ITM~ ~override/ABAZRING.ITM~ FAILED: cannot open target stopping installation because of error when I try to install BG2 Ammo stacks with tutufix_v19. Does anyone know how I can obtain this ABAZRING.ITM file?
