Rasaad's quest will not trigger

I have a problem with Rasaad'd quest (I play through the steam version, MacBook).
He has talked to me twice and we have been through the docks both day and night. Been waiting ...
Nothing happens. Anyone who knows how to make this right?

Its a known issue I think.

Try saving your game and then typing this into the console I guess.

C:SetGlobal("Rasaad_Plot","GLOBAL",1)

How do I type codes?

I have added 'Program Options', 'Debug Mode', '1', to the ini-file

But when I press ctrl+space nothing happens. Is it different on Mac?
