Help: Viconia crippled

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I'm not sure if this is a bug, or something I'm missing, but in the wild forest, Viconia stepped on a trap. As a result she has been dropped to 3 strength, 13 max health and 100% spell failure. I've tried resting, long travels and getting greater restoration from temples (I'd cast it myself, if she, as my party cleric, wasn't spell failured). The only marker on her portrait is the spell failure.

Is there some way of curing this that I'm not aware of. She's kind of ruined otherwise.

    ctrl r? hit her with Staff of Magi? hit her with Carsomyr?

    Have you tried "remove curse" spell?

    Yeah, I'm 90% sure it's a curse. Cast remove curse and sleep once for good measure, should be ok.
