GUI mod?

saw someone using a modded gui on BGee playthrough on Ytube.

HOw many are compatible on iwdee?

I get irritated by the inflexible nature of the gui, no choice where o put the icons.

eg I hate the special abilities being tucked away all the time ....

Am assuming that at present the only gui changes are to the look of the graphics/style, rather than functionality of the gui and icons, or placement of them?
