Lady Delicia - Double Reputation Lost

Declaring you want to kill her lowers you reputation as if you murdered someone. Then, when you do kill her you get another murder reputation lost.
Would make more sense if you get the reputation lost only once I think. Could be done easily by removing the lost from dialogue.
