Chaotic Evil

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I've become chaotic evil, I was chaotic good. I was wildly popular.
Did I make some evil choices in Amn (actually I did)?
Does it make a difference game wise?
I think I chose well in Hell, did that make a difference?
What happened?
The creators of this game were amazing.

    If you take the "evil" path in any of the Hell trials, your alignment will change to Evil.

    The first time I did the trials I did chose evil, bu I felt bad and re-did it. Maybe, second tries don't count?

    Are you sure it was all good choices? Some may not be obviously evil.

    Does it make a difference going forward? I can replay. I'm still someplace bizarre.

    It won't make a huge difference to the game mechanics. A few items and spells are restricted to particular alignments.

    If you don't want to redo things, you can probably just EEKeeper it.

    I think I have eekeeper from when I had serious problems with my familiar - very easy to use. But I have not changed anything since then I don't feel like there is anything major I need to do. Thanks anyway but I will replay that section.
