Android in app purchase + refund by mistake question

Ok, so i bought BGII EE on my Nexus 7 running Lollipop, downloaded, entered the game and bought all in app purchases, then exited and uninstalled because i wanted to do the same with Icewind Dale EE. After i uninstalled BGII EE, i got a message that i was refunded (!!!) which indeed i was, even though i never requested it.
I bought the game again and entered it to find that the in app purchases are apparently activated, they were never refunded (phew). I tested to see if the additional portraits work (and they do) but i couldn't check if the new quests and companions are ok since i have to play the game to get there.
My question is, if BGII EE was refunded with in app purchases bought, and then bought again, will this causes any problem in the long run? I don't want to start the game and find that the new companions are missing, or the new quests not showing up....
