Finally I will start playing Bg2 , and I need to know if I can export my items with me to bg2 . If so, what items / armor / weapons / rings and necklaces can I export ?

There are a few items that can transfer over, a list is present somewhere on these forums I wanna say. Though even without any items being transferred, you'll be amply equipped by the time we leave the first dungeon.

Although MOST of the things you get from BG1 won't transfer over to BG2.

If you're playing EE, then the 1.3 revision made it so that an additional weapon can be carried over. It's explained on page 7 of the release notes:
