[CRASH] BG2EE crashes on startup

Baldur's Gate 2 Enhanced Edition
I cant get the game to boot at all, it was working fine a few months ago. I have reinstalled, rebooted, troubleshoot compatibility, forced a clean documents file and followed every other bit of advice I have found in this forum and the steam forums and nothing seems to be working. I have attached the crash dump [zipped as requested] to this post. Please Help :(

    Unfortunately I don't have the technical knowledge to help you here. However, I have moved this thread to BG2EE bugs section. Hopefully someone who is far more knowledgeable about me can help you.
