Do all attacks that go through AC in this game Slashing, Crushing, Piercing, or Missile?

Like if the cloak that grants +4 AC to everything except Slashing (+2 AC instead) the equivalent of +4 AC, -2 AC vs Slashing?

    Not really sure what you're asking but I am aware of a bug here.

    If you wear armour plus bracers of protection then the armour related penalties to AC (like leather armours vulnerability to piercing) will still be listed even though the bracers should override them.

    I'm asking if a cloak that grants 4 AC bonus to Crushing, Piercing, Missile and a 2 AC bonus to Slashing is the same as a Cloak that grants a 2 AC bonus and a 2 AC bonus to Crushing, Piercing, Missile on top of it.
