How to start game on BG2

Hello, know this is a really dumb question. I purchased BG2 for my iPad. I started to create a character and finish all the way up to where you name him and from there I don't know how to start game with him. It only gives me options input, export, back and start over. How do I save and start the game with my character I made. If anyone can help that be great. Thank you

    You probably started out with the Pre-Generate player option. Export the one you've made then go back to the starting menu and select New Game. I list of available characters will appear and you'll be able to select the one you created from there and start the game.
