Rebinding Map Movement Keys?

There I was, rebinding hotkeys to my liking to begin playing when I noticed the lack of an option to rebind the map movement keys.
I did managed to find a post from a couple years ago regarding a similar issue, though it seems an option still hasn't been provided.
Has anyone found a way to do this, either through digging around in the settings or in the creation of a mod? Ideally I'd like to change map movement from the arrow-keys over to the WASD keys, as that's a very comfortable set-up.
