Wizard Spells as Innate Abilities with EE Keeper

Hi, I've searched around but haven't found a good discussion about this.

I want to give my characters certain wizard spells as innate abilities. For example I want a Fighter who can use Magic Missile. From the spell list there are a number of magic missiles, if I choose one that is type "wizard" it gets added to his wizard spell book, but of course a fighter still cannot cast that. I chose one that is type "innate" described as beholder magic missile, but it does not show up in his special abilities in game. I attempted adding a normal special ability like charm animal, and that worked fine. Is there a way to assign a wizard spell as an innate ability?
