I had no trouble downloading the game. The problem is when I run the game there is no picture to play in. The dialogue works and game frame is there but there is no scene of characters or no picture.

    You're saying that the user interface does show up? If so, what happens if you click some of the buttons on the left side of the screen?

    Also, which operating system are you playing on, and where did you buy the game?

    I got the game through steam. The game menus are there but the gaming screen does'nt show up.
