Strange Multicolours in Character Creation

This just happened to me, does anyone know if it is supposed to be possible, and if yes, how to do it? (was like this by default)

A brief google search for related stuff didnt turn up anything...

    Is your character a Wild Mage? Each class has its own set of colors selected by default.
