Should I restart ? (made a mistake at char. gen.)

Hey! I have a fighter/cleric and a fighter/druid in my party, but with only 8 intelligence both. Now I wasnt rlly aware that you need an Int of 9 to use the priest (divne?) scrolls. Should I restart the game beacuse of this, or just stick with Intelligence boosting potions / items.

If you are thinking of restarting because of this I would just EEKeeper an extra point of INT each.

Unlike a mage, a priest doesn't need to write scrolls in order to learn new spells. A priest learns all spells from a spell level upon leveling up.

If, however, you want the priest to cast spells from scrolls in the quickslots, you need the minimum INT to read the scrolls.

Whether you want to restart depends on how often you feel it necessary to casts from scrolls.

Ok. I used EEkeeper to add 1 more point to Intelligence to each of 'em.(never used it before but it worked like a charm) IIRC there are a lot of priest scrolls laying around, and mages cant use them. So basically you either sell them or cast 'em from the quick slot bar (read the scroll). I guess I could also use Int. potions but its way more convenient now, and I'd really not like to waste (sell) those priest scrolls (you know 'free' heals, buffs are always good)
