Unseeing Eye not Triggering

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
So I've just seen Gaal spout his speech and I'm expecting to be approached by a cleric in order for them to recruit my services in order to wipe out the Unseeing Eye. However it's not happening.

Is there a variable I can set to prompt this?

I'm running BG2Tweaks, SCS, Item Randomiser and one or two other appearance mods.

    Is Oisig in the Temple of Helm?

    @joluv, nope. Just a few shield knights and Sir Lothtyran who sells stuff at the back.

    do you have multiple strongholds on? if so that is what is causing it. you need to spawn him with console

    @mrb101 that must be it. I didn't actually want multiple strongholds but it turns out I have them turned on. Looking for the evil alternative

    Summons him - however he ignores me in the temple itself

    i had trouble with the evil one. i spawned him with the console he told me to follow him to the temple but wouldn't talk to me there. the only solution i could find was spawning the good guy even tho i was evil still worked.

    Cool - so the quick for was to change my alignment to Neutral and spawn Oiseg (he ignores you if you spawn him and are evil).

    Appreciate the helps folks.

    Hi, same problem here on iOS version. Saw Gaal talking in temple district, then priest approached me, but I did not follow him inside Lathander's temple but did other quests, now he is no more inside.
    Could be because my class changed? I was a Priest of Lathander and now dualed to Mage. Maybe he will respawn when I'll have back my cleric class?
