What Is Your Hardest Mission, Level, Quest, or Area in Gaming?

What do you consider to be the hardest mission, level, etc. you've ever faced in gaming? This can be from any game, and any part of a game. Doesn't matter what the genre is.
Mine is Drawing of the Web in Starcraft: Brood War. Being EXTREMELY reliant on air support (you weren't allowed to create air units in this mission) it took me nearly 40 reloads to beat it. Overlords getting harassed all over the place. Economy crippled by the amount of spore colonies I had to build to stop the constant barrage of enemy aircraft. Hordes of Hydralisks taken out by High Templar Psionic Storms. That mission was HELL.

Enemies were too damn fast for me (and I'm an experienced RTS player) and I ended being overwhelmed by nuke rains each time I tried. I admit that I had to ragequit that mission. I simply had to.
