BG Full screen mode to lcd tv

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I have a 42 inch tv that I would like to play my Baldur's Gate on. The only problem is that I use a rgb cable and when it's in full screen, half of the picture is cut off. It seems as if it shifts the game to the left. Any known solutions?

    Well it turns out there's nothing I could do in the game settings, but I was able to change the screen position on the t.v. settings.
