Installing WeiDU on Ubuntu! How do you do?!

Hello!

How do you install WeiDU on Ubuntu? I want to run BG2 tweaks, but how do I do to get it to work?

I have read the readme at http://www.gibberlings3.net/. I managed to move the WeiDU, weinstall and tolower executables to /usr/bin. Following that I have to open a terminal and cd to my BG2 installation directory. But how do I do that?! Is there any more steps I have to do to get it to work?
