Rasaad Romance Not Progressing In Throne of Bhaal (Windows) *SPOILERS*

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
This is my first time posting to any kind of board so bare with me please. I really hope I'm not doing this wrong.
I played through BG2 EE romancing Rasaad the whole time. I Imported my game into ToB.
[spoiler] The Romance continued until I defeated The first Bhaal spawn and when we tried to sleep his dialog for "I could not sleep" came up. A great deal of time has passed but he won't say anything.
I already defeated Alagorth in the Shadow Plane. [/Spoiler]
I followed a romance guide and ran CLUAConsole to check the romance state and I got 2, so it says I'm still in an active romance. Am I missing something?

    Does anything happen if you put the contents of this zip into your override folder (assuming it's been at least 90 real-time minutes since the last talk and you are not in a dungeon)? If not, what's the value of RasaadToBLovetalks?

    I'm not currently able to test the zip but when I tried the lovetalk value it said doesnt exist. I tried on multiple save games including one that takes place right before a romance talk.
    While hovering over him I keyed in
    CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("LoveTalk","LOCALS")

    I made an Override folder and unzipped the file. Once I started the game it went through and he started the romance again. Thank you.

    Just fyi, that talk was the last one (ToB romances are relatively short).
