Mouse pointer bug..

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Hi forum... I have trouble using my mouse pointer it only appears to work in a section of the screen like in a quarter upper left and if I choose the option hard mouse something it's worse I can move the mouse on all the screen but the selection buttons don't seem to work....
